Client Directed Search.
This is the traditional search format familiar to most candidates, Under this format the client enters into a fee agreement with us to find, screen and place a candidate for a particular role. In this instance we contact candidates we believe make the best fit on the basis of the role and culture of the client organization. If the candidate is interested we begin our interview and screening process to include answering any questions that the candidate might have of us or the client. If at the end of that process the candidate is certain that the company is one that they would want to join after a successful interview and expressly gives us permission to submit their resume on that basis, we will submit and prepare for the client interview and follow through to hire. Historically, if four of our candidates interview, one will be hired and those that aren't hired almost always find the experience worthwhile particularly given our attention to confidentiality and discretion.
