Our clients and their outside law firms come to us because we respond to their high standards. We have established relationships with General Counsel and hiring level attorneys in several Fortune 500 companies who are familiar with how we do business. For those that are not, we invite them to get to know us.

We are a custom legal search and staffing firm distinctly different from a legal recruiting agency.  While “recruiting” may become a part of our search process, we do not hire recruiters to make “cold calls” or otherwise pay them on the numbers of calls made.  Instead, we start our search process with an interview and visit with the client to determine the type of custom search that best meets their needs and objectives.  We have four primary types of search as follows:

Retained Search is our highest level of search for the permanent placement of attorneys and legislative professionals.  It is the most structured service and offers a guaranteed result.

Contingency Search
can also be used for permanent hires.  It does not require a client visit or extensive interview and involves less commitment on both sides of the search.

Contract Staffing
is the choice for temporary or contract to hire legal professionals.

Customized Staffing Services are just that a custom category for legal staffing services requests that do not readily fit in any other category.
