Those service needs may include: staffing assessment, attorney and paralegal placement and realignment, permanent and temporary placement, diversity placement, and measurement, accountability and retention. For all clients, we identify and “process place” the attorneys whom you want to add to your workplace. We pre-screen and interview them, verify licensure, and provide a packaged presentation of candidate qualifications for your consideration. The candidates must express consent before submittal. We coordinate all interviews and, after interviews, we provide reference reports. We assist with the closing and remain available to you through placement. Once we place a candidate with you, we will not solicit that candidate for another position.
