For all clients interested in legal, government and/or external affairs placement and/or support, we identify and rigorously pre-qualify the attorneys and other professionals whom you want to add to your workplace. Under our process, we pre-screen and interview, verify licensure, and provide a packaged presentation of candidate qualifications. The candidates must express consent before we release their file to you. We may next coordinate all interviews and, after interviews, we may provide reference reports. We assist with the closing and remain available to you through placement. We want to make a significant impact on your culture and business effectiveness through multiple placements. When we are under contract with you, we do not solicit any employees away from you.
