In-House Only* LLC is a woman owned nationally certified minority business enterprise.  See Our Founder.  We are a full-service legal staffing firm equipped to provide a complete range of legal and government relations professionals.  While gender, race and age are the traditional categories of diversity, our candidates encompass the broadest of definitions.  See Candidate Registration.  For instance, we include part-time and temporary lawyers and paralegals as a diversity category because these professionals are a growing select class.  We specialize, however, in the permanent placement and advancement of women and minority lawyers and policy advocates in lateral positions through General Counsel and equity partner.

In-House Only* maintains four core values: excellence, integrity, vision and commitment to diversity. All of our business relationships both within In-House Only* and outside are tied to these values whether dealing with candidates, clients, affiliates or friends.  Our team includes lawyers and paralegals with varied backgrounds from large law firms to Fortune 100 companies, a PhD in English who is our editor-at-large and Regional Director of our MD/DC/VA office,  information technology experts who expand and manage our website and databases, and others.  In addition, we are expanding our affiliation with our payroll processing service provider for temporary candidates, whose core services in staffing and staffing management are information technology related.  Likewise, we are expanding our relationship with a partner executive placement firm in order to also respond to requests for business and finance executives outside of legal.  See Custom Services
